Procedures for peering with PMP(s) Submit key, either encrypted and signed by PGP mail (please have a trust-able and obtainable public key) to whinery@hawaii.edu (My key is published) or using this SSL form. If you have a secure channel for us to submit a key to you, please specify.
Currently, bwctl requires a key, owamp does not. If you intend to do periodic owamp measurements, please generate a key and use the form to submit it, with your email address, so that we can warn you if we plan to start authenticating owamp.
